The GABA Scholarship Dinner is where we celebrate our scholars, honor our supporters, and show up for one another in a room full of people who are building something real. None of that happens without a team behind it.
As a GABAGives volunteer, you are not just helping at an event. You are part of the community you are serving.
Find your place on the team
Setup
Help us transform the space before guests arrive. Room setup, decor placement, and signage.
Registration and Check In
Welcome guests as they arrive, check names against the guest list, and hand out programs.
VIP and Sponsor Hosting
Welcome sponsors and board members personally and walk them to their seats.
Green Room and Speaker Support
Dedicated support for our keynote speaker from arrival through the end of the program.
Program and Stage Support
Keep the program running smoothly backstage. Cue speakers, handle microphones, and manage the run of show.
Guest Services and Hospitality
Walk the floor during the program, direct guests to seating, and handle anything that comes up.
General Floater and Support
Flexible support wherever the team needs it most throughout the evening.
Breakdown
Help us close out the evening by breaking down the space and packing up materials.
